Weekend Warrior Training Packages: (One On One Training Only) 30 Day Progam To Whip You In Shape.

We Meet Both Staurday & Sunday Only:

60 & 80 Minute Sessions, either total body or split routine [Upper/Lower, Push/Pull Muscles, Total Body Etc..] depending on client & goals, all sessions include warm up & cool down, basic stretching, core exercises, combination movements, stability training, balance, resistence bands, & is basically a fat burning & conditioning program. difference in the 80 minutes sessions is more hands on training more advanced training principles, includes a well deserved professional stretching of the larger muscles, PNF stretching, [FRT] Foam Rolling Techinques, generally more advanced & more hardcore training.
